National Bank of Gainesville
The design of this bank is patterned after the Old Faithful Lodge in Yellowstone National Park. This structural steel-framed building projects a lodge feel with a massive stone fireplace, exposed timbers and warm wood siding. The building consists of 14,000 square foot of space contained within three-floors.
Washington Corners
This 10,626-square-foot retail center in Gainesville, Georgia, was built to accommodate multiple tenants with flexible layouts, durable materials, and efficient construction methods that support long-term commercial activity.
Berk B. Brosky Building
A 10,626-square-foot medical office constructed to meet the specialized needs of healthcare providers, the Bert B. Broskey Building features durable materials and efficient layouts designed for clinical performance.
Silverton Bank Hanger & Office
This pre-engineered metal building project in Kennesaw features three aircraft hangars and 15,000 square feet of Class A office space, combining durable industrial performance with premium workplace environments.
Great Skate Skating Rink
Construction of a 20,000 square-foot recreational facility. The building includes an indoor roller skating rink (approx. 9,000sf), arcade, indoor play area, concession area and private party area. Notable features include the rink floor, which utilizes photoluminescent technology and a multi-part / multi-colored paint scheme that adds to the facility’s unique appearance.
Kennesaw Public Works
A 16,000-square-foot, two-story office facility constructed for the City of Kennesaw, designed to support municipal operations with efficient, functional workspace.
McEver Pointe
For this design-build development Optum Construction worked closely with the owners to secure annexation and rezoning of the property as well as assisting in the negotiation and purchase of the adjacent land for Phase II of the project. Optum provided turnkey construction for this retail center complete with tenant build-out for four suites. The diverse scope includes banking drive-thru’s for a local credit union as well as an indoor pool for a dive shop. This pre-engineered metal building has a complex façade with intermingled rooflines, distinguished columns and a bell tower that masks the economical design and gives the building integrity and style
1100 Sherwood Place
Optum Construction was awarded this three-story office building early in the design/development phase. After offering our input and advice during the conception of the project, we coordinated between the different design professionals in order to achieve a comprehensive strategy for realization of the construction goals. Due to the poor soil conditions of the site, this 18,000 square-foot steel framed structure is being supported by over 100 augered piles measuring 50’ in length. The attractive two-story windows feature spandrel glass to hide the second floor substructure.
El Camino Plaza
Offering 16,150 square feet of retail space, this PEMB combines EIFS and cultured stone finishes to deliver a clean, modern look with long-lasting performance.
