The Quinlan
Visual Arts Center
The original 1964 building established an Italian Renaissance architectural character that guided the design of its later expansion. Optum Construction completed a two-story, 7,000-square-foot addition while renovating portions of the existing facility to restore its original character and introduce modern amenities.
The Plaza at 14th Street
Originally a 1930s three-level residence, the property was transformed into luxury condominiums through a complete interior and exterior renovation, along with a three-level, 8,000-square-foot addition.
Longstreet Piedmont Hotel
Rehabilitation of a main-floor section of this historic 1800s hotel was carefully coordinated to preserve the building's character while bringing the space forward to modern standards.
Head's Mill Stabilization
Optum Construction stabilized the historic Head's Mill structure in preparation for comprehensive preservation and future operation as part of a new Hall County park. Work included historically sensitive demolition, foundation repair, excavation, and careful cataloging and storage of artifacts discovered on site.
Flowery Branch Train Station
The historically accurate 1901 Craftsman-style depot was rehabilitated while preserving its architectural character and adapting the building for contemporary community use.
Gainesville Internal Medicine
Completed in three phases, this renovation and expansion allowed the medical practice to remain operational while new offices, exam rooms, lab space, reception areas, X-ray services, and additional building wings were completed.
