MCCollum Field Development
This project included the construction of eighteen aircraft hangars, along with a new taxiway and parking lot, delivering a fully integrated aviation facility designed to support efficient operations and future growth.
Silverton Bank Hangar Facility
This pre-engineered metal building project in Kennesaw delivered three aircraft hangars alongside 15,000 square feet of Class A office space, creating a modern, integrated aviation facility designed for both operational efficiency and professional use.
Cleveland Jet Center
This project included the construction of a 26,500 square-foot aircraft hangar along with the interior and exterior renovation of an 1980s-era terminal and office building at Cuyahoga County Airport. The upgraded facility was designed to deliver a premium experience for private aircraft clients and flight crews, combining modern functionality with a refined, luxury environment.
West End Hangars
This airport expansion project delivered three 10,800 square-foot buildings, each containing three 60 × 60 aircraft hangar bays at McCollum Field in Cobb County, significantly expanding capacity while maintaining efficient, modern aviation operations.
Atlanta Aviation Hangar Expansion
This corporate hangar facility at McCollum Field Airport in Cobb County includes an 11,990 square-foot aircraft hangar connected to an existing structure by a two-story, 5,000 square-foot office addition. Despite challenging site conditions and an aggressive schedule, the project was completed in under eight weeks from the ground up, including full site preparation.
To overcome poor soil conditions, Optum managed the removal of more than 900 truckloads of unsuitable soil and replaced it with 1,300 truckloads of engineered fill—delivering a stable, high-performance facility at one of Georgia’s busiest airports.
Old South Aviation
Constructed at Cobb County’s McCollum Field, this pre-engineered metal building delivered 1,800 square feet of office space alongside 9,000 square feet of aircraft hangar space, creating a streamlined corporate aviation facility designed for efficiency and long-term performance.
