Cumming Aquatic Center
For this project, Optum completed the design and construction of a pre-engineered metal building system for both the main aquatic center (approximately 48,515 square feet) and the filter storage building (approximately 1,373 square feet). The scope of work included shop painting, structural steel installation, acoustical and structural deck systems, wall panels, roofing, and related building components, delivering a durable, high-performance facility designed to support long-term operational needs.
